Day to Night - Au Rate New York

Helllloo!
Hope you are well!
I have had a few hectic weeks, hence why I have been a bit quite on here.
But, now things have calmed down a bit with work, I can finally arrange to catch up with my friends, because we haven't seen each other in ages!
This week I thought I would share some looks for you for day time looks that can be easily transitioned to evening looks.

This look is perfect for running around during the day, while still looking cute. Then in the evening you can dress it up, with some half moon earrings from AU Rate New York and a fab faux fur fluffy jacket to glam it up.

How much is your face?

Helllloo!
I was reading Cosmo' online the other day and I saw an article about how much your face is worth... no not your value as a model, but, how much is the makeup you actually wear, with so many different products we put on our face, it can mount up.
I dread to think how much I have in my draw in my room, but, I thought I would share with you what I have in my makeup bag for the general everyday grab and how much that comes to. 
I have even got some of my friends in on it to share with you tooo! 
Just to see what makeup bag prices vary between my group of friends and our different careers.

Tuesday I had a reallyyy lazy day I got up at 11am... opps ... then tidied up and when to get bubble tea with my sister after she finished school.

Friday
Friday was such a hectic day I had to go to the dentist in the morning which was not fun really (my dentist is a darling though), then I made sure I had my show all prepped and my blog and insta' and then I went to work did my show came home and fell asleep!

Saturday
Saturday I met up with my friend Theo, who I haven't seen in foreverrr, literally, we went for a bit of shop and lunch and then I came home and my Mum was having a murder mystery party with her friends... ikr my life is so odd sometimes.

On Friday I went shopping with my friend Hannah who I've known since we were 11, it was so nice to see her as we haven't seen each other in over 6 months!

Saturday
Saturday we went to the lakes, for a special Mother's day weekend and we stayed in a log cabin which has amazing mountains surrounding us.

Monday 
It was such a sunny day for the UK and March so I thought I would try a dress I did have realllyyyy thin tights on just in case it dropped a bit cooler.

As you can see for me I have lot of makeup on I rarely wear it working at a radio station just because we don't have to apart from days like this one I was going to be on TV!! so I thought I should look my best for the 5 second clip they would use of me.

St Patrick's Day
Friday I went to the gym and I hate going so I'm glad I pushed myself even though I ache soo bad now #unfit however later in the day I went to studio and I did my Friday drive time show!

DIY Phone cases

Phone cases are the must have accessory for any fashionista.

I recently changed my phone, I had quite the collection and, now I'm rebuilding the collection for my new phone.

Phone cases can be expensive so I thought why not create DIY cases and share them with you.

You will need... clear phone cases, decorative bits and bobs, and glue to stick things on with.


These cases are silicon I got them on eBay for about £2 in TOTAL! 


The bits and bobs I got from Tesco and the MissGuided sticker I got with a purse for about £1.20 so if you look around you can get some bargains and get some very cheap, unique phone cases.






This case is my favourite, because, glitter. 
It's so simple to make, you simply just need to place the glue where you want it, and then chuck your glitter on and then let it set for a few hours, once fully dried you will need to glue the glitter again with a fine coat to seal it or you will have glitter everywhere!
